![]() I noticed that, after playing it once, I gained the ability to shoot down baloons, and there are many other abilities I will gain, so yeah. there isn't anything particuarly fun about flying. After getting used to it for a minute, I was zipping around everywhere. It made my arms really tired, but was still somehow really fun.Īir sports contains skydiving and airplane dogfighting (neither of which I tried, the dogfighting requires 2 players, no computer player), but I tried the standard flying, and it felt pretty nice. I felt that the jet ski didn't turn fast enough when I wanted it to, and it turned too fast otherwise.Ĭanoeing - I only tried this in Times Square, and they didn't have the motion+ recalibrated, so I could only paddle to the left. I don't remember if the original had 100 pin bowling, but this one does. It doesn't feel that much different, but considering that the original was already amazing, I didn't care. Maybe even too much.īowling - About the same as the original. Golf - I don't like golf in general, so I'm kinda biased in saying that I don't like it too much. ![]() There was another mode, basically returning as many balls as you can until you fail. I was able to hit the ball, like, to the right, or to the center, by motioning appropriately. I don't know if I like it more than original Wii Sports tennis yet, but it feels much more accurate when it comes to me hitting the ball back. There's also a 3-on-3 half court game, which is a little too easy, I think. When I did it again, I got a higher score of 2. Some of my friends think it is funny, because I'm black, and it's like I need to live up to some sort of blackness or something When I first did the 3 point challenge, I got a high score of 0. let me say that I absolutely suck at basketball in real life. I need to get used to the wind speeds and how far the arrow travels before it starts dropping.īasketball - Umm. (Real golf in real life bores me, but for some reason, I think frisbee golf wouldn't.)Īrchery - Hard, yet fun. I usually mess up, and it always feels like it is my fault. Despite all of that, it was still pretty fun, though.įrisbee - I'm not used to it yet, but I love it. I also don't know how to unlock the harder difficulties. First time I did it, I unlocked all 3 "achievements" (stamps) that I could get at that time. Then you move right, and do the same thing. You move left, as you cross the wake, you jump (and hopefully do a trick) and land. You have 3 hearts, and some of the Miis have two or three hearts, but most of the have 1 heart and are easy to defeat. There are 10 levels of that, and it gets pretty hard. It has 3 modes, one which is 1 on 1 swordfighting (which I found a little easy), one which is a "quick slice", where you slice the object in front of you faster than player 2 in the right direction, and one which you face a hoarde of 20+ Miis, fighting them all off. If you're interested, of course I'll try to be short with the impressions.Īfter playing the game (I played everything except for canoeing and cycling, the former I tried at the event) my arms are tired Well, after some play-time, I guess I will throw out some thoughts, and describe my playing experience.
